In the shop you can find exclusive t-shirts, which up until now have only been provided to the qeep staff members. But due to demand, we’ve decided not to withhold the threads any longer.

What makes them exclusive? Well you can pimp your closet with the colors you choose… blue, black, pink… you can make it your own.

Hey Everyone,

We’ve just released some fancy improvements on your favorite mobile app   So check it out…

For starters, if you go to the Friends page, you’ll find a link that says “News from friends”. Here you can update your friends on what you’re doing and read what they’re all up to as well. Maybe you’re “out on the town with friends” or maybe you’re “having the best day” – whatever it is you’re doing or thinking about, let your friends know about it.

Also, our international qeepers will be pleased to know that the QMS now supports native character sets. This means QMS can be written in any language… in Arabic, Russian, Chinese and more. So qeepers from over 200 different countries can now enjoy chatting in their many different languages.

Lastly, we’ve added small thumbnail profile pictures next to user names throughout the app. You’ll see them previewed in a QMS, the online list and more. This should make it easier for you to spot the person you are looking for.

Pop open the champagne! Qeep has just broken through the 4 million user mark. Remember when we had 3 million back in December? That was less than 5 months ago! We’re very excited about this growth rate and thankful to have so many people around the world qeeping!

With thousands of new people joining qeep every day, it means there’s always someone online for you to connect with! Check out who’s online and make a new friend. You could play games, send QMS messages, share photoblogs and more.

The best news is that we’re just getting started. We’ve got LOTS in store for qeep in 2010 so stay tuned; the best is yet to come!

We are always busy with improving Qeep and its usability to offer you the best mobile networking and gaming experience possible. So what’s new on qeep?

As you probably noticed, we’ve made some server updates to improve the qeep experience. Qeep’s running faster and stronger so you can “qeep on” at full speed – night and day.

Also, we’ve added new icons to the games section to show you which tables are busiest. The more people in the icon, the busier the table, and the busier the table, the sooner the game starts.

Lastly, we’ve added a new feature to the photoblogs. Did you ever wonder who is actually checking your pics and following your photoblog? Now you don’t have to wonder anymore because can see who does! No matter if it’s a secret lover, your friends or random Qeepers, you can see a list of people following your photoblog. Just click on “my followers” in the Photoblog section of qeep.

Valentine’s Day is the day of love – and we want to help you to show your loved ones all over the world, how you feel about them.

This year it’s not necessary to go to the flower shoppe or the post office. Instead you can check out our Gift Corner for some all new gifts just for Valentine’s Day. To fit the theme of love we’ve added gifts like the Big Smooch, Sweetheart, Ivory Rose and… the very special Princess Tiara.

Wow, time’s going by fast: 3 million users! That’s incredible, especially when considering this means 1 million more users in just about 6 months. And the credits for this go to YOU! Thanks for making Qeep so successful.

So today we want to give something back to you! That’s why we’re launching FlipChip, our newest and already fifth game on qeep! In this strategic board game, each token has a white and a black side. The goal of the game is for each player to try to turn their opponent’s tokens over to his or her own color by surrounding them with his or her own tokens. The player with the most tokens wins the game. Like with all our multiplayer games you can play this game just for fun or for real cash against other qeepers. Just check it out on your mobile! We’re pretty sure you will like it

And not just our millions of users. The judging panel of the European Tech Tour’s (ETT) Web & Mobility Summit 2009 recently honored the 25 best and most innovative European Start-Ups and guess who is one of the prize winners!? Exactly, Qeep!

Chosen from over 400 different start-up companies, we were one of the 25 invited to the Web & Mobility Summit in Switzerland. Cornelius Rost (one of the qeep founders) headed down to Switzerland to present qeep and returned to the office with a cool award in hand. Although we work hard over here at the qeep headquarters, we couldn’t be successful without YOU! Thank you.

Like you can imagine, our team is thrilled about winning this prize, but don’t think we will rest on our success now! We will do everything possible to live up to this honor and move forward with the goal to continue convincing the strictest and most important judges of all: You, our Qeepers.

It’s been more than a month since you’ve last heard from us, but don’t think we’ve just been lazing around the whole time twiddling our thumbs. We have been working really hard on qeep and now we’re able to tell you about 2 new features in the latest update of qeep (1.97):

Surf while you wait:

Let’s be honest, nobody likes to wait. Or maybe you do… well, we don’t and that’s why waiting on a random opponent for a game has always bugged us. So now that has changed! To sweeten up the waiting time, we’ve integrated a new function which allows you to keep on surfing qeep while waiting for an opponent. But don’t worry about watching the time; as soon as an opponent has been found, you are taken back to the game which will start automatically. So it turns out waiting can be fun, afterall. To take advantage of this feature, make sure to update your version of qeep on your mobile phone. You’ll find a link in the games section.

Paypal

Our second new feature is not supposed to sweeten up the waiting time, but the actual game itself. In other words: the cash games. So far it’s been a privilege of the credit card owners on qeep to play for cash prizes, buy q-points to send cool gifts or bid for a place in the hotlist. But thanks to our friends at Paypal, now everyone can do this. All you need is a paypal-account and a computer. Just visit www.qeep.net, click on “MY QEEP” and follow the instructions.

If those aren’t cool feature, we don’t know what is. We try not to exaggerate when promising cool new functions. Speaking of, check back soon cause it just so happens the next qeep feature is coming up at the end of December and it’s much bigger than this.
